At Lamberti Physiotherapy, we often speak about “The Lamberti Way”.

But ask anyone across our ten branches what those words mean and you’ll discover that it isn’t a slogan or a set of rules. It’s simply the way things are done. It’s a philosophy that has been embraced by leadership, physiotherapists and support staff alike – a shared commitment to helping people move, recover and live better.

What makes Fiona Lamberti most proud is that it has never been about her.

“The Lamberti Way isn’t about me,” says Fiona. “It’s about a philosophy that has been embraced and lived by every person in our business. It’s something we all believe in and something we are privileged to share with every patient who walks through our doors.”

Across the practice, there is a shared belief that physiotherapy is about far more than treating an injury.

Behind every condition is a person. A runner eager to return to the road. A parent wanting to pick up their child without pain. A grandparent determined to maintain their independence. A young athlete pursuing a dream.

Every patient arrives with a story, a goal and a life waiting beyond the treatment room and understanding that bigger picture is central to everything we do.

The Lamberti Way is built on thoughtful, evidence-based care and a commitment to outcomes, not appointments. Success isn’t measured by the number of appointments a patient attends, but by helping them return to the things that matter most. That means treating what needs to be treated – no more and no less – and recognising when another healthcare professional is best placed to assist.

Because trust is earned, and doing what is right for the patient will always come before doing what is right for us.

This commitment begins long before treatment starts.

For associate partner and physiotherapist Shelagh, great outcomes are built on understanding.

“The success of any treatment lies in taking the time to understand what is really happening. A thorough assessment allows us to treat the cause, not simply manage the symptoms, and that sets the foundation for the best possible outcome for every patient.”

The pursuit of better outcomes is matched by a passion for learning. Physiotherapy continues to evolve, and so do we. Ongoing mentorship, collaboration and the sharing of knowledge are woven into everyday life at Lamberti to ensure our patients benefit from current thinking and best practice.

“We believe in being generous with knowledge,” says Fiona. “When one person learns, we all grow. That culture of mentorship and collaboration ultimately benefits every patient we treat.”

It is also why finding the right people matters so much. Skills can be developed, but values and attitude are equally important. The team is intentional about bringing together people who are curious, compassionate and committed to continual growth.

That spirit of generosity extends beyond the physiotherapy team. From the moment a patient makes an appointment to the day they complete their recovery, everyone plays a role in creating an experience where people feel seen, heard and genuinely cared for.

Perhaps that’s why, when you ask people at Lamberti about The Lamberti Way, their faces light up. The answer may sound slightly different depending on who you ask, but the heart of it remains the same: a genuine commitment to helping people move, recover and live better.

Because it isn’t something they have to remember.

It’s simply part of who they are.

And for every patient who places their trust in Lamberti Physiotherapy, that means being cared for by a team united by integrity, lifelong learning and a genuine commitment to helping people return to the things that matter most.

That is The Lamberti Way.

And it is a privilege the team never takes for granted.
