After qualifying in 2008 from Wits, Natalie spent some time gaining valuable experience in London, England. She currently manages both the LONEHILL and DAINFERN branches and is currently on sabbatical until February 2025. She has directed her post-graduate learning focusing on her special interests in adolescents’ injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and knee injuries. She is a keen Pilates enthusiast and instructs classes providing a holistic approach to managing musculoskeletal problems but enjoys treating all orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. Natalie has done a post-graduate qualification in dry needling.

Khona Shabalala

BSc (Physio) UCT

Khona qualified from the University of Cape Town (UCT) in 2022. During her time at university, she volunteered with the Rondebosch Boys and Ikey Tigers rugby teams, gaining valuable experience in sports injuries and rehabilitation. Her main passion lies in helping people of all ages and backgrounds achieve their highest levels of functionality and activity. She prides herself on providing a compassionate and personalised approach to each treatment. Khona has a keen interest in sports rehabilitation, chronic pain management, women’s health conditions, headaches, and post-operative recovery. She has completed courses in dry needling and strapping. Currently, she is advancing her expertise by completing the SPT course (advanced sports course) and looks forward to incorporating a variety of new techniques into her practice. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking and reading poetry, finding balance and inspiration in these activities.
