Lamberti Physiotherapy Tygervalley is based in the Willowbridge Shopping Centre, situated conveniently in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town in close proximity to the N1 highway and near Tygervalley, Bellville and Durbanville areas.
Our Tygervalley branch is the only branch outside of Johannesburg, catering for patients in the Western Cape.

Wendy Snyders
Bsc (Physio) Stell.
Wendy graduated in 2008. She works at our TYGERVALLEY branch. She has a special interest in headaches, shoulder pain and hip pain but is qualified to manage all orthopaedic and sports injuries. She has a passion for learning and for teaching younger physiotherapists. Wendy has completed many courses including the Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) course for all neuromuscular and skeletal conditions, as well as dry needling.
Carly Africa
BSc (Physio) Stell.
Carly qualified in 2016. She works at the TYGERVALLEY branch. She has a special interest in the management of chronic pain, headaches, lower back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain. She also enjoys teaching Pilates and places a special emphasis on educating her patients in general musculoskeletal wellness as well as injury prevention. Carly has completed many courses including the Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) course for all neuromuscular and skeletal conditions and dry needling.
Sonika Bandat
BSc (Physio) Stell.
Sonika graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2022. She joined the Lamberti team in 2024 and now works at our TYGERVALLEY branch in Cape Town. She is qualified in managing all orthopaedic and neuromuscular conditions and has a passion for active rehabilitation and promoting a strong physio-client relationship, built around trust and respect. She has completed dry needling Level 1 and strapping certifications.
