Natalie Ruivo-Almeida

After qualifying in 2008 from Wits, Natalie spent some time gaining valuable experience in London, England. In addition to Sunninghill, she is also the Practice Manager for the Dainfern and Lonehill branches. Natalie has directed her post-graduate learning focusing on her special interests in adolescents’ injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and knee injuries. She is a keen Pilates enthusiast and instructs classes, providing a holistic approach to managing musculoskeletal problems but enjoys treating all orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. Natalie has done a post-graduate qualification in dry needling.

Jaimee Mills

Jaimee qualified in 2019 and completed her community service at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital in 2020. Since 2021, she has worked in the private sector, treating a wide range of conditions including post-operative recovery, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal pain, and sports injuries in both adults and children. She takes a holistic approach to care, focusing on education and empowering her patients to manage their own health and well-being. With a strong background in strength training and a personal passion for running and triathlons, Jaimee understands the mental and physical challenges of injury, and is committed to helping her patients safely return to activity. She is trained in dry needling and advanced strapping techniques, and plans to complete her Pilates certification in 2026. Jaimee is a firm believer in the power of movement – of any kind – to correct, strengthen, and prevent future injury.
