After qualifying in 2008 from Wits, Natalie spent some time gaining valuable experience in London, England. In addition to treating patients at SUNNINGHILL, she is also the Practice Manager for the Dainfern and Lonehill branches. Natalie has directed her post-graduate learning focusing on her special interests in adolescents’ injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and knee injuries. She is a keen Pilates enthusiast and instructs classes, providing a holistic approach to managing musculoskeletal problems but enjoys treating all orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. Natalie has done a post-graduate qualification in dry needling.

Jaimee qualified in 2019. Since 2021, she has worked in the private sector, treating a wide range of conditions including post-operative recovery, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal pain, and sports injuries in both adults and children. Working at the SUNNINGHILL branch, she takes a holistic approach to care, focusing on education and empowering her patients to manage their own health and well-being. With a strong background in strength training and a personal passion for running and triathlons, Jaimee understands the mental and physical challenges of injury, and is committed to helping her patients safely return to activity. She is trained in dry needling and advanced strapping techniques, and plans to complete her Pilates certification in 2026.

Your practice is inside Netcare Sunninghill Hospital. How do I find you?
Yes, we’re inside Netcare Sunninghill Hospital. Look for Room 11 on the 1st Floor of the East Wing. The hospital is on the corner of Witkoppen and Nanyuki Roads in Sunninghill. Hospital parking is available at the main entrance, and the site is well-signposted.
My orthopaedic surgeon operates at Netcare Sunninghill. Can I do post-op rehab with you as an outpatient?
Yes, and being inside the hospital makes this particularly smooth. We work closely with Dr Eugene Greeff and Dr Warren Meier (orthopaedic surgeons). We see a lot of post-op knees, shoulders, hips and ankles from the Sunninghill surgical teams. If your particular surgeon has a specific protocol, we will contact them directly to obtain it.
Do you offer home visits at all?
Yes, we do if you live within about 5km of the Practice. These sessions are generally for patients who are physically unable to get to one of our branches or for post-operative patients. Please make sure you specify this type of appointment with our Reception when calling, rather than using the online booking system.
What are Sunninghill's opening hours?
Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:30.
If you need a later weekday slot, our Lonehill, Paulshof and Woodmead branches are open until 18:15.
How long is a physiotherapy session at Sunninghill?
Forty minutes. We chose that length deliberately so your physio has time to assess properly, treat hands-on, and walk you through what’s going on and what to do at home.

Do I need a doctor's referral to book an appointment?
No. Physiotherapists are first-line practitioners in South Africa, so you can book directly with us. That said, because we’re inside Netcare Sunninghill Hospital, many of our patients arrive with a surgeon’s referral and a post-op protocol. Either path works.
Do you claim directly from my medical aid?
Yes. We charge medical aid rates and submit claims directly on your behalf. If your medical aid does not cover physiotherapy, or if you are out of funds, then you will need to settle the outstanding amount after your session. Please bring your medical aid card to your first visit so we can capture your details.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your medical aid card (if applicable), a towel, and a pair of shorts if your condition involves the lower back and lower limbs, or a strappy top for women if the condition involves the upper back, shoulder or neck. If you have recent X-rays, MRI scans, or surgeon’s reports relating to what we’re seeing you for, please bring those too.
