Lamberti Physiotherapy Paulshof is based in the Cambridge Medical Suites located in the Cambridge Crossing Shopping Centre. This branch of Lamberti Physio was opened in 2011.
Lamberti Physiotherapy Paulshof is part of a multi-disciplinary team. Other professions based at the centre are a dentist, doctors (GP), a drip bar and a nursing sister with whom we work very closely. The Paulshof branch boasts a lovely rehab room for pilates classes and other rehab. Together with the other healthcare professionals, we aim to get our patients functioning optimally in their daily lives.
Lamberti Physiotherapy Paulshof is conveniently situated near the highway and is easily accessible from the following suburbs: Paulshof, Petervale, Bryanston, Sunninghill, Rivonia, Woodmead, Magaliessig, Fourways and Glenferness.

Grethe Geldenhuys
BSc (Physio) UWC (ANMSC/OMT)
Grethe Geldenhuys qualified 2017 and works out of our PAULSHOF branch. She completed the Advanced Neuromuscular Skeletal Course (ANMSC/OMT) in 2019 and has a special interest in treating spinal conditions, hips and shoulders. Grethe has done a post graduate qualification in dry needling and also has a personal interest in sports/weightlifting, thus enjoying rehabilitation and preventative care.
Yashoda Naidoo
BSc (Physio) FS
Yashoda graduated from the University of the Free State. She has completed courses in strapping, dry needling and is in the process of qualifying as a Pilates instructor. She has a passion for both the physiotherapy profession and research which has led her to start her master’s degree in a pelvic health. Yashoda enjoys treating orthopaedic and neuromuscular conditions, with a special interest in rehabilitation programmes. Her passion for movement and helping others allows her to provide optimal care for my patients.
Shelagh Green
BSc (Physio) Wits (ANMSC/OMT)
Shelagh graduated in 2001 and is the Associate Manager at the Woodmead branch, having worked there since 2005. She has completed the Advanced Neuromuscular Skeletal (ANMSC/OMT) and Sport therapy (SPT) post graduate courses, dry needling and level 1 in fascial manipulation, so she is qualified to treat all musculoskeletal problems. Shelagh has a special interest in persistent pain and enjoys working with people new to exercise.
