Online Pilates classes are also available throughout the week at R150 per session.
In-person group class Attendance is R250 per person according to the schedule determined by the branch.
Duo Classes available face-to-face at R350 per person per class (restricted to two people plus the instructor). Book a time that is mutually beneficial for you and for the instructor.
One-on-one Pilates classes are available in the rooms at a fee determined by your medical aid (approximately R540 – R600). Book a time that is mutually beneficial for you and for the instructor.
