Practice Managers
Fiona Lamberti
BSc (Physio) Wits
Fiona qualified in 2001 and is the founder of Lamberti Physiotherapy. She was previously based at the Woodmead branch. Her many years’ experience and knowledge of sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, headaches, temporomandibular (TMJ) pain and pelvic girdle dysfunction make her supremely qualified in her primary role of mentoring and upskilling all members of the physiotherapy team. Her certifications in in dry needling and fascial manipulation (a specific technique used to treat the fascia, our body’s specialised tissue network) have been of great benefit to the Lamberti Practice. Fiona also dedicates much of her time to educating physiotherapists around South Africa.
Shelagh Green
BSc (Physio) Wits
Shelagh graduated in 2001 and has been working at the WOODMEAD branch since 2005. She has completed the orthopaedic manipulative therapy (OMT) and Sport therapy (SPT) post graduate courses as well as level 1 in fascial manipulation so is qualified to treat all musculoskeletal problems. She has a special interest in persistent pain and enjoys working with people new to exercise.
Kate Lamprey
BSc (Physio) Wits
Kate qualified in 2008 and joined the Lamberti Physiotherapy team in 2010. She is the Practice Manager and Partner at the FOURWAYS, DOUGLASDALE and DAINFERN branches. Kate has taken a step back from treating patients and is focusing on mentoring the younger physios in the practice and running her branches. Kate also has a passion for teaching and mentoring at a post-graduate level. Kate completed her post-graduate training in orthopaedic manipulative therapy (OMT) in 2011, and is now actively involved in the running of the course too.
Lauren Angus
BSc (Physio) UCT
Lauren joined the Lamberti team in 2010 and now works from both the PAULSHOF and SANDTON branches, as well as the Uro-oncology Academic Centre in Sunninghill. Lauren has a passion to help women and men by treating pelvic dysfunctions focusing on rehabilitation through pelvic floor exercises, Pilates and other techniques. Being a long-distance runner and previously competing in triathlons and ultramarathons herself, she has a special interest in treating sports injuries. She has completed many courses including the Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) course for all neuromuscular and skeletal conditions, female and male pelvic courses, anorectal course, dry needling and strapping to name a few.
Natalie Ruivo-Almeida
BSc (Physio) Wits
After qualifying in 2008 from Wits, Natalie spent some time gaining valuable experience in London, England. She is the Practice Manager for the DAINFERN and LONEHILL branches and is currently on sabbatical until February 2025. She has directed her post graduate learning focusing on her special interests in adolescents’ injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and knee injuries. She is a keen Pilates enthusiast and instructs classes providing a holistic approach to managing musculoskeletal problems but enjoys treating all orthopaedic and sport related injuries.
Wendy Snyders
Bsc (Physio) Stell.
Wendy graduated in 2008. She works at our TYGERVALLEY branch. She has a special interest in headaches, shoulder pain and hip pain but is qualified to manage all orthopaedic and sports injuries. She has a passion for learning and for teaching younger physiotherapists. Wendy has completed many courses including the Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) course for all neuromuscular and skeletal conditions.
Grethe Geldenhuys
BSc (Physio) UWC
Grethe Geldenhuys qualified 2017 and works out of our PAULSHOF branch. She completed OMT in 2019 and has a special interest in treating spinal conditions, hips and shoulders. She also has a personal interest in sports/weightlifting and thus enjoy rehabilitation and preventative care.
Henuti Daji
BSc (Physio) UCT
Henuti graduated in 2014 and works at our SANDTON branch. She has always had a keen interest in sport and sports-related injuries. Her areas of interest include knee injuries, shoulder injuries, management of headaches and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. She has taken an interest in pain management for both acute and chronic pain conditions. Henuti has done several post-graduate courses including the Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy Course (ANMSC) which she completed in 2022. She is in the process of completing her Certificate in Pain Management this year.
Carly Africa
BSc (Physio) Stell.
Carly qualified in 2016. She works at the TYGERVALLEY branch. She has a special interest in the management of chronic pain, headaches, lower back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain. She also enjoys teaching Pilates and places a special emphasis on educating her patients in general musculoskeletal wellness as well as injury prevention. Carly has completed many courses including the Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) course for all neuromuscular and skeletal conditions.
Zakiyyah Jogi
BSc (Physio) Wits.
Having qualified in 2016, Zakiyyah is a senior physiotherapist working at the ROSEBANK and SANDTON branches. Zakiyyah has completed many courses including her Masters certification in Manual therapy. She enjoys treating orthopaedic and neuromuscular conditions and has a special interest in therapy for headaches, spinal conditions and in teaching pilates. Zakiyyah is a people-orientated therapist who focuses on building rapport with her patients and believes in rehabilitating individuals according to their specific needs.
Siyavuya Mata
BSc (Physio) UCT
Siyavuya qualified in 2020 and works at our FOURWAYS and DOUGLASDALE branches. She has also been part of the Cape Town Cycle Tour physio team. Siya enjoys treating neuromuscular and orthopaedic conditions with a special interest in shoulder, hip and knee pain and guiding patients through rehabilitation. Siya particularly enjoys post-operative rehab and returning patients to their previous function. Siya enjoys working with teens through sports injuries and conditioning through rehab. Among other courses, she has completed Dry Needling.
Daniella Walker
BSc (Physio) Wits
Danni qualified in 2021. She works predominantly at our FOURWAYS branch and occasionally at our DOUGLASDALE branch. Although Danni is qualified to treat any sports or orthopaedic condition, she does have a particular interest in treating sports people (as she considers herself one) and guiding them through their rehabilitation process to reach their full potential. Danni has had experience with the Nelson Mandela University Girls Rugby Team and she has completed Dry Needling Level 1 and Strapping, among other courses.
Ronja Lamprecht
BSc (Physio) UFS
Ronja qualified from the University of the Free State in 2021 and currently works at our WOODMEAD branch. She has a great passion and keen interest in managing pain, especially headaches, neck, and lower back pain. She also spent a year working with the Griffins Currie Cup Rugby team, during which time she gained experience in managing sports-related injuries and getting people back to their occupations. She is proficient in dry needling and strapping.
Robyn Pearce
BSc (Physio) UCT
Robyn joined the Lamberti team in 2023 at the DAINFERN branch. She studied at Wits University and has a love for swimming, hiking and yoga. She enjoys treating orthopaedic and neuromuscular conditions with a special interest in back, neck and headaches. Robyn is currently completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy (SPT).
Sinqobile Msimango
BSc (Physio) UCT
Sinqobile qualified from UCT in 2021. While she was in Cape Town she volunteered with the Rondebosch Boys rugby teams. Now working at our WOODMEAD branch, Sinqobile enjoys treating Neuromusculoskeletal conditions with a special interest in the biomechanics of movement and rehabilitation therapy. She has completed level 1 Dry Needling course. Outside of work Sinqobile reads, writes and enjoys training in the gym and doing cardio exercise.
Melanie Brown
BSc (Physio) Wits
Melanie qualified in 2020 and is now practising at the DOUGLASDALE branch. She has completed her dry needling level 1 and 2, among other courses and is currently working towards her full Pilates instructor certification. She has experience working with children and teens, and enjoys treating sports/dance injuries. In addition, she has a special interest in head, neck, shoulder and headache management. Melanie has worked with the elderly, particularly guiding them through rehab to achieve their highest level of function.
Rachel Russell

Sonika Bandat
BSc (Physio) Stell.
Sonika graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2022. She joined the Lamberti team in 2024 and now works at our TYGERVALLEY branch in Cape Town. She is qualified in managing all orthopaedic and neuromuscular conditions and has a passion for active rehabilitation and promoting a strong physio-client relationship, built around trust and respect. She has completed dry needling Level 1 and strapping certifications.

Marianne Wright
Marianne joined Lamberti Physiotherapy in July 2017 as the practices’ bookkeeper and is located at the WOODMEAD branch.

Nomfundo Radebe is the receptionist at FOURWAYS and is also responsible for management of the accounts.
Lydia Malele
Lydia is the receptionist at Lamberti Physiotherapy DOUGLASDALE and assists with administration and general accounts.
Lindiswa Mabizela
Lindiswa is the receptionist at SANDTON and is also responsible for management of the accounts.
Nobuhle Vilakazi
Nobuhle has recently joined the team at the WOODMEAD practice as receptionist. She assists with general admin and accounts.
Nicolene Williams
Nicolene is the receptionist for our TYGERVALLEY, Cape Town branch and is also responsible for management of the accounts.
