Have you been to us before?

We’d appreciate you giving us a Google Review.

Therapy may include assessment, manual physio, rehabilitation exercises, dry needling, strapping/taping, movement retraining and personalised recovery guidance, depending on your condition. The team works with patients of different ages and activity levels, so each treatment plan is shaped around your symptoms, movement limitations, goals and recovery needs, with the aim of helping you move better, build confidence about physical strength and return to daily activity, work or sport.

Our physiotherapists also assist patients with seasonal, health-related physiotherapy (bronchitis, pneumonia etc).

Sports Injury and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation

Our physiotherapists help patients recover from sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions and post-operative concerns with practical treatment and rehabilitation plans.

Whether you are dealing with a recurring neck or back problem, recovering after a knee or ankle injury, managing a sports-related niggle, or rebuilding strength after surgery, the team will assess your condition and guide your recovery step by step.

The goal is to help you move better, reduce pain where possible, improve function and return to your normal routine, sport or daily activity with more confidence.

You're located opposite Fourways Mall. Is parking a headache?

Not at all. We’re inside the Intercare Medical Centre on the corner of Short Street and Fourways Boulevard, directly behind/opposite Fourways Mall. Intercare has dedicated patient parking outside the building, so you don’t need to navigate the mall parkade.

Can I fit in an appointment after work?

Yes. We run from 07:00 until 18:15 weekdays, and 08:30 until 13:00 on Saturdays. Our Fourways team is one of the largest at Lamberti (Ada Wiggett, Kiara Priest-Jones and Paxton Isaacs), so we usually have an after-work slot within a day or two.

Can my child see a physio at Lamberti?

Yes. Common presentations include sports injuries from school hockey, rugby and cricket, dance injuries, inflammation in the growth plates such as Osgood-Schlatter’s and Sever’s disease, and back and neck strain from heavy school bags and long hours at a desk.

Parents are welcome in the treatment room with younger children.

Who should I book for a running, hockey or cycling injury?

All three Fourways physios are trained in sports injuries, including hips, knees and ankles, which covers most running and cycling complaints, as well as neck and persistent pain.

How long is a physiotherapy session?

Forty minutes. We chose that length deliberately so your physio has time to assess properly, treat hands-on, and walk you through what’s going on and what to do at home.
For more on how the practice works and our approach to care, see our About Lamberti Physiotherapy page.

Do I need a doctor's referral to book an appointment?

No. Physiotherapists are first-line practitioners in South Africa, so you can book directly with us. Some medical aids plans require a referral from a GP, so please check at least 24 hours before you head to your appointment.  Both Sports Injury Benefit patients and Spinal Conservative Care Programme patients from Discovery require referral and activation from their GP or specialist.

If you do have a recent referral or surgeon’s notes, bring them along.
