Lauren Angus is the Associate Manager at the Paulshof practice of Lamberti Physiotherapy. Always keen to learn new things, Lauren has completed many courses since graduating, including Dry Needling Therapy, Neuro Developmental Therapy for children, Stott Pilates for core strengthening, Kinesio Taping, as well as completing an OMT post graduate course specialising in Orthopeadic Manipulative Therapy.
She has worked with a mentor in the USA at a practice dealing with runners and other athletes where she assisted with assessment, rehabilitation and correction of footwear. She has featured on sports-related panel discussions and courses on the shoulder, hip, knee and ankle.
Lauren is a keen runner and sportsperson. On 2nd April 2017, she completed a full Iron Man in Port Elizabeth, being the 57th woman to finish and the 8th in her division. She therefore enjoys working with patients who have sports-related injuries.
