BSc (Physio) (UWC)
Grethe Geldenhuys qualified from UWC in Cape Town in 2017, after which she completed her community service in Douglas in the Northern Cape. There she mostly treated spinal and neuromusculoskeletal conditions. She also worked with a rugby team where she treated knee, ankle and shoulder injuries and worked on injury prevention.
Since qualifying, Grethe has completed courses in dry needling, pain management, sport injury prevention, trigger point therapy and is completing her post-graduate orthopaedic manipulation therapy course in 2019. Grethe is currently practising at the Paulshof branch.
Grethe enjoys staying fit and active herself. She placed 2nd in the body-building competition, Battle of the Titans, in 2017. She has a passion for rehab and injury prevention and enjoys treating necks, shoulders, knees and ankles.
